The element quiz computes your chart with JavaScript running on your own device. Your birth data is never transmitted, logged, stored or sold. You can verify this: open your browser's network inspector while using the quiz and watch — no request carries it. Analytics on the quiz page record only that a step was completed, never any input.
When you buy, our commerce processor receives what fulfillment requires: name, shipping address, order contents and payment status. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment provider (PayPal / card processors) and never touch our servers.
If you join the list or contact us, we keep your address and correspondence until you ask us to delete them. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
We use privacy-respecting, cookie-light analytics (page views, referrers, completed quiz steps). No advertising pixels receive anything you type into the quiz. Where consent is required by law (e.g. the EU), we ask before loading anything beyond strictly necessary cookies.
SoulPulse is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
