Every order ships direct from our studio city with a tracking number. We would rather quote slower and arrive early than the reverse.

A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the studio. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier — or re-ship.
Price includes tax. No hidden fees. All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable sales tax — the figure you see is the figure you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free, with no minimum order.
For US orders, duties and sales tax are already included in the price you pay — nothing further is collected on delivery. EU/UK orders may incur import VAT collected on delivery; we are evaluating duty-paid (DDP) shipping lanes and will update this page when they open.
Each bracelet arrives in a kraft gift box with a card naming its stone and element — ready to gift as is. Packaging is plastic-free.
